Sim card activation

For almost 2 weeks now, I have been trying to activate 2 SIM cards via your app and website and each time I get the attached error message. Today I tried calling your tech support to finally get this done. The call took half an hour because apparently the server was really slow. Before the first Sim card was activated, the call cut out and nobody bothered to call me back. As I was at work, I did not have the time to call back again.
