Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
Moved in and set up with AGL 24th November. App worked fine for 5 days but since then I have been unable to view usage & billing as it says they are "checking a few things in my account". So AGL have been checking for 8 days but I have heard nothing from them suggesting any problems. Anyone else experiences this? Viewing usage is the really critical tool for me right now as I try to work out how to assess the impact of the roof solar.
Same with me. I have waiting to see my account updates since Nov 2020. On inquiry AGL staff only says that there is some account issue we are investigating. I am thinking of changing to another provider as AGL seems to be hiding something and I strongly believe that it does not take more than a month to resolve these type of issues. It is deliberate act to conceal information.
