Payment status update

AGL should upgrade it's systems and processes to update the payment status and the account balance in real time immediately after a payment made via a credit card or debit card. I can understand, why bsb/account payments may take a while to clear and therefore delay in payment status update is acceptable. But for card payments, esp. credit card, it's just sub-optimal system design that do not allow AGL customers to see the payment status and account balance update in real-time, rather it shows processing for about 48 hours. Please invest in the right customer experience.
