Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
Today Tuesday 23rd September 2025 - I contacted the AGL resolution team regarding two queries:
1. My quarterly gas bill was due for issuing via email on Monday (22nd September 2025) and to date I have received none. The AGL agent said that it would take up to a week to email me the bill. I had similar experiences with my gas bill in the last quarter and the agent needed to email me a pdf copy so I could pay the bill;
2. The AGL app for my gas bill is now showing 6 monthly billing instead of quarterly and I don’t know why? When I mentioned this to your AGL resolution team member today, he suggested that I delete the app and reinstall which I did, however it’s still showing 6 monthly billing period and not quarterly and I don’t know what’s wrong. I cannot budget 6 monthly and I rely heavily on planning ahead on a quarterly basis. Can someone please help me??
