Also on the report website I have been trying to submit meter readings as I moved into the property 16th June.
I was unable to process, I tired to message that didn't work. I called but was on hold for 1 hour 20 mins and only spoke to a voicemail.
I then somehow sent a message with the images of the meters and what I was trying to do.. when I received a response asking what billing period I was unable to respond due to technical problems.
