EV Night Saver plan rates not correct

After my rates changed on the 19 September my App no longer shows the correct rate between the hours of 12-6am of 8c per KWH  on the EV Night Saver plan

It was correct before this date

It now displays at the full 30.5 cent rate

How can this be fixed?

You have had a rate change and this is showing the new value....???

After the AGL rate change, between the hours of 12-6am instead of displaying the cost at 8 cents per KWH the app displays it as 30,5 cents per KWH 

This makes the app useless in predicting my final bill

Mine is doing exactly the same thing, making the app completely useless as you have said.

 

Even weirder, my billing month rolled over on the 22nd, so the first day of my new billing month is the 23rd, the charges are correct for the 23rd and 24th, but incorrect from the 25th onwards.

I've got the complete opposite, my rates on the EV saver plan show as 8c/kWh throughout the whole 24 hours each day.

Tried contacting AGL about this, got told "the amount shown in the app is an estimate and you need to wait for your meter to be read" ... I explained that I had a smart meter but that got me nowhere.


So ... does anyone from AGL actually read these posts?

 

My estimate is currently at $145 so far for the month and it should be about $30.

Mate in case you missed it, this has been acknowledged on another more recent post and it appears there is a fix coming. Hopefully soon.

Just got my next bill and all usage was charged at full rate. Got charged $299 instead of $47. Needless to say, I will not be paying ...

fwiw, there seems to have been an update pushed out and since the 24th (Tuesday) ALL usage is being charged at the 8c rate.
