19 Sept 23 00:00 - 06:00 shows the correct rate between the hours of 12-6am of 8c per KWH .
It now displays at the full 30.5 cent rate???
You have had a rate change and this is showing the new value....???
Mine is doing exactly the same thing, making the app completely useless as you have said.
Even weirder, my billing month rolled over on the 22nd, so the first day of my new billing month is the 23rd, the charges are correct for the 23rd and 24th, but incorrect from the 25th onwards.
Tried contacting AGL about this, got told "the amount shown in the app is an estimate and you need to wait for your meter to be read" ... I explained that I had a smart meter but that got me nowhere.
So ... does anyone from AGL actually read these posts?
My estimate is currently at $145 so far for the month and it should be about $30.
Mate in case you missed it, this has been acknowledged on another more recent post and it appears there is a fix coming. Hopefully soon.
