App estimations incorrect

I’m on new EV tariff. Estimations shows 4.04kw=$1.36 which is ~$0.33 per kw, while in night saver EV interval it should be $0.08 per kw

Do you happen to have a CL on a HWS ?

If so, this is metered and charged separately to the rest of the normal circuit, where you get all power on that normal circuit between 0000 - 0600 at the 8c EV rate.

That marries up roughly with the shoulder rate shown on your plan tariffs.

Nope, just standard connection.

Looks like the app does not take in account new plan intervals/rates

will see on 13th when my bill comes up if AGL billing calculates correctly

Ok, if no CL circuit, you should get all power between 0000 and 0600 at 8c . . .

Hopefully someone here from AGL can look into that for you, and adjustments can easily be made to past and future charges.
