AGL Rewards BP fuel offer

I am unable to activate the BP fuel offer. I get into the account, I get as far as ACTIVATE OFFER, then I get "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

This has happened on my phone as well as home PC.

I rang customer support and spoke to 2 separate people. Some changes were made so my husband's name is on the account but I still can't access the offer. It was suggested I try from a different browser. It didn't work. The last suggestion was that I try from a completely different PC. I was assured it would work.

I tried from the PC at work today and I still get "Something went wrong". I don't know how to fix it.

I have the same problem. although since i first triedi get this error message instead (attached).

nowhere on  the bp app does it give me tbe option to link

When I try to activate this offer I'm taken to an insecure website page! Aaargh! Please fix AGL and advise.

When will this be sorted??   Numerous people having the same issue.  BP can't help.  Have rung your help line many times.  It is like this offer does not exist!   Would you like to hear from the ACCC?      Chris.  Port Macquarie   28 Feb 2025.
