AGL Website

I was told a DD had been set up before my last bill, it wasn't set up and I got a text just in time to pay the bill. Today, I'm strying to set up a DD on the website and it is not working. Also, the chat bot is not working! Blimey. Is it my pc or is it AGL is down?
