Winston- Moving House

We moved house from [removed personal details] on 7 October when we vacated and arranged for our return to our home at [removed personal details]

The latest bill/invoice we received for Croydon was for the period up to 19 October. We left Croydon on 7 October and should get a final notice for the period up to 7 October and not beyond.

I'll let you know that we removed your address for privacy as this is a public forum.

From the sounds of it, the disconnection date wasn't input directly when processing the move out, while we are still in the transition period between AGL Neighbourhood, I'd recommend contacting our support team and advising them as it is something our team can look into correcting for you.
