Hi,I was told by AGL this morning more rubbish, they said due to being on VDSL bla bla bla I can not have a static IP on top of it all... they should replace their tech guys.... it is a hopeless case.... after one week with them i give up ...

Hi,Just wanted to fill in on my negative outcome for the past 2 weeks. I've had multiple calls with Tech support and each time different answers and false information regarding port forwarding and static IP requests.Answer like ... What is port forwarding? ( The guy had no idea!) They don't know what is CGNAT ... Then another I'll give you a fixed IP to solve it .... ( good sales guy hihi) then even better it shall be working in two days,,.. lol today I was told I can not have a static IP on my ...

Well since over one week now, and I have done multiple calls and many hours with the Tech guys and none have been able to help me out, I was told each time a different reason and none sometimes don't even know what port forward does or is meant to be... They really need to find competent guys and who give clear answer not excuses for not knowing what they are talking about. Now to find a internet provider who can offer this service pouf!
