Thanks for your reply. I already have contacted AGL by phone and the response I got is in my original post. Can you provide something from your policy in regards to "energy consumer" Or can you contact me directly.

I have a Granny Flat where no one lives in now. The previous person living there has disconnected and cancelled their contract with AGL. Electricity is still working in the granny flat. I thought it was disconnected. I just received a bill for the granny flats address but with Energy consumer on it. I rang AGL customer service an was advised No no needs to pay the bill.After reading a few post on this topic. im confused
