Be persistent and you will get a refund. I just got it on Thursday 11th. I also changed my electricity retailer to QuickEnergy. Substantially cheaper than AGL and quick personal service whereas AGL is very poor.

Hi, I have been moved to AGL from Amaysim. Just got your email and checked my account.. Your initial email confirmed a credit of my rollover kWH but there is no mention or an credit in my account. I have approximately about about 370 kWh rolled over. Please advise asap. I am not paying until my rollover kWh have been credited and used up. Thank you. Surush O
