In the 3 or 4 months I've had AGL Energy, I've only ever successfully been able to enter a meter read once.Every time I try, I've been faced with this stupid "Let's have a chat" "We;re having trouble with your read". There's no way to 'chat'. So I google and find my way here, and see a thread someone suggesting this link:https://www.agl.com.au/contact-us/social/contact-us And what do you know. There's no yellow chat icon. wtf AGL? This is BS.
