This format will be very easy for scammers to forge. I can see scammers getting people to click a link to a fake website and getting them to pay their bill there or at least try to steal their credentials. We have seen a huge number or forged emails in the last few years - ATO, banks, delivery companies - what safeguards do you have to avoid this happening to AGL and their clients?
