Hi Dave, Thanks for the update on your plight, it's always good to know what goes on with some VPP installs. I have to say that mine has been completely trouble free, I go away and are also at home a lot and feel confident all will be well at all times. Rob

Hi Ron, Thanks indeed for helping out, much appreciated. Depending on what you discover I may just log a call with AGL but I will await on you, I have sent an email to our support guy on VPP at the beginning of the week but no answer/reply as yet which is unusual for AGL. Rob

My question I would have thought was super simple but still awaiting a reply. 'Adelaide is going through a very hot spell and the internal fan does not stop running, 24/7, I do expect it but my question is, there are two fans I can see and feel from the outside, the right hand side one works but the left side may be faulty or whatever but never comes on, ever, should 1 or both be running on days like this?' The more I delve deeper the happier I seem to get with the handling of the new proposed VPP, I'm still none the wiser but I get the feeling all will be well soon, at least my system is installed, I can use my solar all day, use the battery at night and can still produce up to 35KW's on a really good day, best of all with the new feed in tariff I have the best of all worlds, last months electricity bill was under $68.00 and this month it was under $5.00, not bad for 5.5KW's of panels with no scri ...
