Hi I have an apartment that has been leased out to tenants and they recently vacated.do i have to do anything regarding electricity and gas? or whenever the next tenant moves in they put it in their name.I am just concerned if tenant that moved out does not pay for their account,would power get disconnected?Or are they chased for their payments?
