I have 2 bar codes - both the same bar codes. One says B20033/ 78The other has a U8 (space) then 2013What can you tell me from this?

How do I know what sort of gas meter I have. It doesn't seem to be like any others. It has no code as far as I can tell. I did see 13/14 on it.
