The data that is provided via the link to request data is wrong. It does not reconcile to the bill as it appears to truncate the usage data I.e. All the numbers get rounded down. The previous data on the website matched exactly to the bill.

As I have mentioned numerous times already, this data was previously available on the AGL website but now is not. I have an interval meter but not a smart meter. However, I repeat, this data was previously available on the AGL website, so you do have this data available! Are you saying that AGL have made a decision to no longer make the data available to customers who do not have a smart meter, despite previously having it made available? If that's the case I will move to a new provider who can ...

Mine is the same as @suds. I do not have a download button either. Please bring back this feature. The old website provided this data and it was accurate as it matched the usage exactly to what is shown on my bill. I have requested data via https://refer.agl.com.au/forms/request-metering-data/ and that data is inaccurate. The provided data truncates numbers (effectively rounding everything down) so it does not add up to what is on my bill.
