Thanks Ani, I have spoken to AGL resolution and the lady was least helpful. She kept trying to justify the charge saying it is different in each state. Which is understandable but its too much of a difference. Recently had my smart digital meter reconfigured for Solar. I am told that I will be charged $165. Can someone justify this charge. The reconfiguration was done remotely. I called 13/6 afternoon and it was completed on the 14/6. I called your resolutions team and SW Channah who didnt care if I stayed with AGL or left. I am going to take this to Fair Trading if not resolved or provided with a proper explanation. In Victoria remote reconfiguartion is around $55, how am I expected to pay $165 in NS ...

Hi Jayden I just got off the phone with your solar team and she advised that the fee charged to remotely reconfigure my smart meter for Solar was $165. I argued that the fee should not be 165 as the message I got earlier last week advised that It would be upto $165.
