Hi I recently had Solar placed last Sept 2018 Meter was changed from analogue to digital meter.But after that every-time it rained power shut down had to manually reset.Had electrician turn up today telling me that our switchboard circuits was not compliant and had to upgrade which cost me $2200 my question is why the technician that upgraded to digital meter not pick that up?Regards Ian
