I've had the same problem. I pay my bill, it tells me it's been accepted, then minutes later, I get a response telling me I owe the money. I've been trying frantically to get someone to help me, emails, and phone calls, which cut off after waiting for far too long, so that's it for me! I have a new provider. It's outrageous that one can't get hold of a human being! And, I find it outrageous that I am put through the wringer at my age for no reason??? Life should be getting easier, not harder.Ann ...
