Took 2 weeks from joining for the app to get usage updates.

My usage is now getting updates, but I can't understand why no-one from AGL can't tell that its going to take x (15?) business days for it to happen.When I joined my previous retailers I was getting updates within 3 business days!

Hi AniyerI have had no usage details since joining at the beginning of the month and haven't received a reasonable explanation from the call centre.Seriously considering leaving and have advised friends who were considering moving to AGL to maybe rethink their decision.

Just spoken with AGL and have been advised this is an ongoing issue with the app, that it's just not me and I'll have to wait.
