Still no electricity usage data

It's been  about a week since I switched to AGL and no electricity data in usage. But I can see my solar is operating as it should. So AGL can see my solar panels but not my usage?

Does it normally take this long?

Haven't had this experience with previous suppliers.

Just spoken with AGL and have been advised this is an ongoing issue with the app, that it's just not me and I'll have to wait.

Took 2 weeks from joining for the app to get usage updates.
