Good afternoonI have recently been changed to a monthly billing cycle.On my Quarterly bill, I was receiving $54.53 Winter Concession, now on my monthly bill, I have received$15.98 as my winter concession.If I do a sum of this - $15.98 X by 3 = $47.94So, this is $6.59 less per qtr thank what I have been receiving.I think these needs to be adjustedThank you in anticipationRhonda
