Had that about 2 weeks ago. It was to do with the recently installed solar and the smart meter not yet configured. That problem was resolved after 3 phone calls, but now I am getting a heap of estimated usages, which has gradually diminished to about the last week. The most recent estimate is way over the top, showing about 3 times my usual usage. I am expecting AGL will sort it out soon.

On my app my usage increases a fair bit at 10 am every day even though the only thing that could do that would be the hot water service. Now, if the hws has it's own smart meter and I assume that it is set for off-peak times, how can it kick in (conveniently I might add) at 10 am, the start of the cheaper shoulder period? Cheers,Paul.
