Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
I have switch to AGL about a month ago and I can to see my usage or my solar feed in, I have called many times but I am still not getting this issue resolved. Agl has reset the app multible time and it still is not working, AGL call centre dosn't care or has no idea. Today (06/08/2025) I still have no idea what my usage is or what my solar feed in is.
Had that about 2 weeks ago. It was to do with the recently installed solar and the smart meter not yet configured. That problem was resolved after 3 phone calls, but now I am getting a heap of estimated usages, which has gradually diminished to about the last week. The most recent estimate is way over the top, showing about 3 times my usual usage. I am expecting AGL will sort it out soon.
