I have also been with AGL for many years. I have moved house multiple times using the AGL moving house option and the most recent time was not completed correctly by AGL and I had to contact them to correct the errors. Only one error was corrected even though AGL assured me that all my requests would be actioned. I believe that it will never be resolved.
