Wondering why the total KWh consumption figure on register 3 of my i-Credit 500 smart meter is so vastly different to the latest reading on my AGL bill, does the meter skip the first digit making a 100,000KWh difference. Also I noticed at Register 2 that the clock has not moved to daylight savings time, what happens if I go off-peak?

I have an i-Credit 500 smart meter. I'm on a flat rate, no solar. The consumption figure on register 3 of the meter, reading total KWh, does not match the meter reading for total KWh on my bill. Bill says actual read. ?.
