Hello!It's frustrating to deal with such changes, especially when they come with more frequent billing and higher penalty risks. Switching to Red Energy sounds like a good move if they're offering a better deal and better customer service. It's unfortunate that big energy companies often lack personal MyThedaCare Login customer care. Hopefully, Red Energy will provide you with a much better experience.

They might have more authority to address and resolve your issue.
