Hi SheenaThank you for your response. I had a chat with AGL rep and he suggested the same, but everytime I try to reset the router it automatically reconnected to AGL NBN instead of a new provider. Eero app is also showing AGL constantly.

I am facing the same issue as yours, how did you resolved it?
