I was late to pay my bill by one day, now the overdue charge is the same price as the bill. Now my bill is double the original price. How do I resolve this? Is it possible to reduce the overdue charge as I was not aware it would be so much. My bill went from $70.37 to $140.74 - which is an excessive amount.
