I signed up for AGL’s mobile plan on 28/08/24, hoping for good service as a current member. However, I've contacted AGL four times regarding my eSIM, which has reportedly been reissued twice, yet I still haven't received it. In the meantime, my current provider has disconnected my service, even though the AGL app shows my SIM as active.This situation is quite concerning.
