I assume that this has been resolved but for others who may have the same problem, if you're connecting via an internal NBN box, then try a different UNI-D port (connects the NBN box to your router). This happened to me. I switched over from Vodafone who were using UNI-D1 and when I organised the swap over with AGL, they had to connect to the UNI-D2 port because UNI-D1 was already in use.
