I received my AGL electricity bill and it was marked due on the 9th of August. I forgot to pay it on that date.Then I got a reminder yesterday, which was great, thank you. But don't go and add threats to it. Don't do the red-letter things threatening punishments. I forgot. I needed a gently reminder.
