I recently contacted AGL to see if I'm on an embedded network. I was told they can't assist me, which I found very odd! Does anyone know how to tell? I'm asking as when I leased my apartment I was told by the owner I was and that i had to use AGL for gas and Energy Australia for electricity. Turns out that for electricity, I'm not on an embedded network and Energy Australia also did a gas meter check and said i'm not for gas either! But I'm wanting confirmation before i consider a switch to one ...
