Can AGL advise if the QLD and Federal electricity rebates are to be retained by AGL or as the consumer (with the eligible credit yet to be used or applied on their account) be allowed to claim a refund on their credit balance account?One service member provided the option to have it refunded, another two have flat refused after I came back to follow up on this first offer provided to me.
