Terrible service Terrible Internet Terrible customer service

Ive now had the AGL Home Fast internet for about 4 months. For the entire period the service has been sub standard, often with speeds of below 50Mbps. Despite about 20 calls to technical support they have now decided that there is nothing they can do and its just too bad. I asked for a refund for my Eero devices X 3 and my service to date and they said No, from our end it looks ok, even though I emailed dozens of speed tests through to their tech support.
