Elec bill didn't turn up so I start to wonder and when I checked the account I find the bill is overdue 6days.I am locked out of the complaints section as the bill is overdue. This is the first time everin my life. and I need to complain so AGL does not repeat the mistakeI agreed to email accounts instead of hard copy (sent to a POBox) but now I regret this.Can I change back to having hard copy sent?
