Hi there - the company is scamming people and telling them they are going to refund them then end up taking money from their accounts - its happened to me and they took $500 out two weeks ago and i haven't had an account with AGL for 10 years. please be diligent. I will be reporting to NSW Energy Ombudsman.

hi karen - just an fyi youve put your account details on a public forum i would delete if i were you as not safe and AGL took money illegally out of my account when i was trying to get my refund as well.

Hi Neil,I had this same situation and was issued a cheque which hasnt arrived, but now AGL have taken money out of my account which was unauthorized and illegally debited as i havent had an account for 8 years- can you please look into this for me as no one has attempted to help me with this from AGL.
