Yeah too right. I already have new plans lined up for internet, electricity and gas. It is quite clear that AGL have no intention in providing this service, I will be gone ASAP. BTW, I recommend Ampol Energy for basic electricity plan, its way cheaper than the rates AGL currently have me on, plus 10c/L off fuel for up to 1,500L per year.
