AGL arranged for NBN people to come check the issue in my property. They just came in the morning and apparently the cables from the street are damaged. Now I am waiting for the cable replacement people to come.
Same here. I think someone just switched off the internet and left for the night. That's aweful internet and aweful customer service. It is like they want to make sure you won't stay with them
