It is still not working despite repeated attempts for last 5 days. I wonder if anyone has ever been able to purchase any AGL rewards or is this feature just for show only. I did phone on Saturday and the Indian who answered the phone said it was a known internet issue on AGL end and he assured me it would be fixed very soon —- 5 days is a long time of AGL working hard to fix this issue. Is this false advertising and maybe the ACCC will fix it for good?

I have been trying to purchase a discount e-card all day yesterday and today but not able to via both the App and the desktop site. I am using iPad. I tried clicking on other cards but same problem. I was hoping to save on my groceries but I’m getting hungry.

Can you cross check by taking photos of your smart meter readings, and daily solar data?I had no problems with Origin but switched to get the AGL cash back— now I’m really worried that this is going to be more work than it’s worth.
