Redeem offer doesn’t work

When I click on the redeem offer on the AGL rewards (it doesn’t matter what gift card I click) it just takes me back to the same page. Even when I try and click redeem offer and tell it to open in a new tab it doesn’t do anything either, it just goes back to the same AGL page. 

am I doing something wrong with trying to access? I am logged into my account.

Hey @Venu, so we are aware that customers using an iPhone or iPad are not able to tap through due to Safari blocking pop-ups. As a workaround, you can prevent pop-ups from being blocked by toggling off Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups.

It is still not working despite repeated attempts for last 5 days. I wonder if anyone has ever been able to purchase any AGL rewards or is this feature just for show only. I did phone on Saturday and the Indian who answered the phone said it was a known internet issue on AGL end and he assured me it would be fixed very soon —- 5 days is a long time of AGL working hard to fix this issue. Is this false advertising and maybe the ACCC will fix it for good?
