There is an error in my NBN account. I paid last month and it is already in your account but not showing up in the dashboard. I msg support last week and after he tried to help for an hour say there is nothing much he could do and ask me to connect to resolution. I waited then got disconnected. Today after waited for one hour i was connected and after asking a few question put me and transfered me and i have waited 2 and half hours since. This is terrible for something that is not even my mistak ...
