Ok, it has now been 8 days that I have been without phone sevice, and 8 days that I have waited for the replacement SIM card that I did not order. I rang again to see what is happening and I was told that the replacement SIM has been activated (not by me, I haven't received it). Hi David. I've tried to respond to your messages many times but they keep coming back undelivered. So I'll try here. Just to fill you in on what's happening, I purchased an esim on the day they were launched, I did not get a welcome email with the QR code. After many phone calls I finally got a QR code 3 days later but it did not work. So I've been calling every day to try to get it sorted without any luck. It's been a week now and still no luck, every time I ring I get connected to diffent departments and I just can't get it sorted.
