Hi Natalie ,Bills shouldn’t be based on last bill but usage .I only have a hot water service and a tiny gas heater which hasn’t beenused much this winter as I have a wood 蝹 Coonara .Our gas bills tripled and personally it’s disgusting.Regards A.Barlow

My meter is clear of plants in front and watched meter man and he quick too quick a glance only . I want my bill looked at . mum not happy

Ridiculous gas bill , funny because I have a Coonara wood heat for winter and gas hot water How come bill is so high ?

Do gas meters get checked anymore or do energy companies do a overall suburb estimate?
