Hi. Hoping someone from AGL can help? I participated in a number of Peak Energy Events in Nov 2024 and I havent received all the credits..only some of them. Can someone check and let me know next steps?Also I have to say that using an SMS notification and an email summary (sometimes....not always) is probably not the most efficient way of managing participation and results for this. Hopefully this can be built into the app at some stage
