I had a call from a person saying they work for Jemena and was calling on behalf of AGL, they informed me my meter needs to be changed. The call came out of the blue and was rather random, I have had no issues and have not reported anything. Has anyone else had a phone call like this, the person had my full name and address and told me they would be out to my house on Wednesday. At the moment I have zero trust thanks to Optus breach so trying to work out if the call was a hoax.
